​​Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji Dhubri, is a revered historical and spiritual site and a legally registered NGO, dedicated to the teachings and legacy of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji. Your contributions directly fund essential initiatives like langar, community outreach, and the preservation of this historic site, ensuring that the sacred teachings of the Sikh faith continue to inspire generations.
Additionally, donations made to the Gurudwara are eligible for tax exemptions under section 80G as we are registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act. This allows you to give back to the community while also receiving financial relief.

Online Donation Policies
1. Donation Receipt Policy
Upon making a donation, a request for receipt along with the transaction details should be sent to our registered email address info@gurudwaradhubrisahib.com. Donations must be directly transferred to the official bank account of Gurudwara Dhubri Sahib. A receipt acknowledging the donation, along with other relevant documents, will be sent to the donor at their requested email address.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All donations made to Gurudwara Dhubri Sahib are considered final and non-refundable. As these contributions support ongoing seva, langar, and community welfare initiatives, we are unable to process any refunds once a donation has been made.

Refunds for Cancelled Transactions:

Case 1: Duplicate Transaction or Incorrect Amount Entered
If a donor accidentally makes a double transaction or enters the wrong amount, they must send a request email to info@gurudwaradhubrisahib.com stating a valid reason. Upon verification of the transaction details, the excess amount will be refunded, with any applicable transaction charges borne by the donor. This process will be completed within 30 days from the date of the refund request.

Case 2: Transaction Cancellation During Processing
If a transaction is canceled by the donor during the processing period and the amount is debited from their account but not credited to the Gurudwara’s account, Gurudwara Dhubri Sahib holds no responsibility for refunds. The donor must resolve the issue directly with their respective bank or payment merchant. However, if needed, the Gurudwara administration will assist within its capacity.
